Refund Policy

  1. No Refunds Once Services Begin: Refunds will not be issued once work has commenced on the client’s project. By making a payment and agreeing to start a service, clients acknowledge and accept that refunds will not be provided. We are dedicated to delivering quality services and will address any concerns or issues that arise during the course of the project.

  2. All Sales Are Final: All sales of digital products and services are final. Once a digital product or service has been purchased and delivered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, except as required by law. We provide detailed descriptions of our offerings to assist clients in making informed purchasing decisions.

  3. Technical Support: We are committed to providing technical support to ensure that our digital products and services function as described. If you encounter any technical issues or difficulties accessing your purchased digital product or service, please contact our customer support team for prompt assistance.

Dispute Policy

  1. No Disputed Transactions Once Payment Is Processed: Once payment is processed and services are rendered, clients agree that any disputes regarding transactions will not be accepted. We strongly encourage clients to communicate any concerns directly with our team for prompt resolution.

  2. Dispute Resolution Process: By engaging in our services or making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that Quantum Web Studios Inc. does not honor disputed charges through payment processors or banks. All sales are final, and refunds will not be issued. Any disputes regarding charges will be resolved directly with our team, in accordance with this no-refund policy.

Excluded Services

Please note that fees paid to third-party service providers—such as domain registration, website hosting, or Google Workspace email services—are not included in our design or development service fees and are non-refundable under this policy. These services are billed separately by the respective providers or invoiced only if explicitly requested and agreed upon in writing. Quantum Web Studios Inc. does not issue refunds for costs related to external platforms, subscriptions, or services outside of our direct control.

Service-Based Business Policy

As a service-based business, we begin work immediately after payment is received. This policy ensures that we can effectively allocate our resources and deliver the best possible service to our clients.
