Welcome to Quantum Web Studios Inc. (“Quantum Web Studios,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website (the “Site”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Site. We may revise these Terms from time to time, so please check back regularly.

1. Intellectual Property Rights

   All content and materials available on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and their arrangement, are the exclusive property of Quantum Web Studios Inc. or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. The unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is prohibited, except as explicitly permitted by these Terms.

   Although Quantum Web Studios Inc. holds copyright over its content, please note that our logos are not currently trademarked. Any unauthorized use of the company’s logos or other proprietary materials may result in legal action.

2. Use of the Site

   You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal or internal business purposes, provided that you do not modify any content on the Site and retain all copyright notices and other proprietary legends. You agree not to use this Site for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

   • The distribution of any harmful content such as viruses or other malicious software.

   • Unauthorized access to any data or areas of the Site not intended for public use.

   • Engaging in any activity that would constitute a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability.

   All content and functionality on this Site are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the information on the Site is accurate, complete, or current. You use the Site at your own risk, and Quantum Web Studios Inc. disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability

   Quantum Web Studios Inc. will not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this Site, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes damages related to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

6. Copyright Infringement & Takedown Policy

   Quantum Web Studios Inc. respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. If you believe that any content on the Site infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please provide written notice to our Legal Department with the following details:

   • Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and where it is located on the Site.

   • Your contact information, including your name, address, phone number, and email.

   • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the material is not authorized by the owner.

   • A statement that the information provided is accurate, and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the intellectual property owner.

   Upon receipt of such notice, we will take appropriate action, including removing the infringing material if warranted.

   The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for your convenience and do not signify endorsement by Quantum Web Studios Inc. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party websites and encourage you to review the terms and policies of any site you visit.

9. Governing Law

   These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Wyoming, without reference to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

10. Service Limitations: Hosting, Domains, and Google Workspace

    Website development services provided by Quantum Web Studios Inc. are limited to the design, configuration, and setup of web pages and related visual or functional elements. Unless explicitly stated in a written agreement:

    • Website hosting services,

    • Domain name registration, and

    • Google Workspace setup or email configuration

    are not included in the quoted design or build fees.

    These services are billed separately and must be maintained by the client independently. While we may assist in guiding or connecting clients with third-party service providers, we are not responsible for the costs, renewals, or ongoing management of those services unless specifically contracted to do so.

11. Changes to Terms

Quantum Web Studios Inc. reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time without notice. By continuing to use the Site after such modifications are posted, you agree to the revised Terms.
